Meet Megan
Hi, I’m Megan King—founder of The Celebration Edit. The Celebration Edit is rooted in my passion for community, design and celebrating the people I love. I was a Pastor for 8 years before opening The Celebration Edit, and I believe the Lord created us to live in and celebrate community! With every event and every design, my goal is to create an environment where people know how valued and loved they are, simply by being who God created them to be.
My favorite community to celebrate is my home community - my husband, son, and our sweet pup. You’ll find us enjoying an OKC Thunder Game, hosting our friends and family for dinner, or planning our next adventure.
With extensive experience in large scale, non-profit event planning as well as intimate event planning, I have the skills and passion to turn your dream event into a reality. Whether I’m styling a tablescape, creating a custom floral arrangement, or transforming your home for the holidays, I’m thinking about how the space will make people feel. Because in the end, the best design doesn’t shout; it invites.
